Jaclyn's Wedding in Philadelphia on May 14, 2011

I absolutely loved Jaclyn's platinum and yellow wedding flowers! She was so fun to work with and knew exactly what she wanted. So we had a blast using our favorites, ranunculus, dusty miller, freesia, craspedia, brunia, and roses. They turned out awesome!

The ceremony took place at The Ethical Society of Philadelphia. What a beautiful ceremony!

Rachel and Philip's Wedding on May 15, 2011

More beautiful photos by Blue Eyes Photography! Rachel and Philip were married at Running Deer in Pittsgrove, NJ. I LOVED her colors, cobalt and aqua with peacock feathers to accent. We used green antique hydrangeas, blue hydrangeas, light and dark blue delphinium, white gerberas, and parrot tulips.  Rachel looks gorgeous!

The groom wore a gerbera daisy with a peacock feather to accent.

Love these colors. The flower girl carried a flower wand created with only antique hydrangea blooms.

Melissa and Codey's Wedding on May 14, 2011

 I love this bouquet! I love the fluffy textures!

Melissa's flowers were so fun! Her bouquet had white oriental lilies, white anemones, white mini callas, white stock, white sweet peas, and Miranda David Austin garden roses. Check out some other great photos from Roslyn at Blue Eyes Photography! She is awesome to work with!

The flower girls carried adorable kissing balls of ranunculus and mini roses.

Katherine's Wedding at The Mansion of Voorhees on May 29, 2011

Katherine's wedding was the final wedding on May, the busiest month of the year, next to September of course. What better way to say goodbye to spring than having a hot pink and lime wedding when it's 90 degrees outside? It felt like July 4th Weekend, not Memorial Day Weekend! I am really looking forward to her photos from Artistic Images by Bruce and Marge! Katherine's bouquet had lime button mums, lime cymbidium orchids, green antique hydrangeas, light and dark pink peonies, and Explorer hot pink gerberas. I love these colors!

She had just a touch of bling with a few diamond hair pins tucked into her flowers.

The ceremony was decorated in all shades of pink and lime. The ceremony took place inside the Terrarium at The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees.

Hot pink gerberas lined the chairs.

Her centerpieces were simple, compact cubes filled with thai leaves, and loaded with all the same flowers as the bouquets. It was so pretty! She was so happy when I delivered her flowers, baby in tow. Congratulations!

                               

Prom Highlights 2011!

This was the biggest prom season so far! Thank you to all of our amazing and loyal customers who continue to call us year after year! I am also happy to say that I personally made every single prom order for our local major prom at Schalick High School! I'd like to show a sampling of some of the flowers we made! The bouquet above consists of only white anemones (fresh from my secret farm!)

Handtied bouquets were super popular, and this was a classic "pink" bouquet. If you don't "care" what we use and are leaving it up to us, like many of you do, this is what it will typically look like. This bouquet has bouvardia, gerberas, spray roses, and garden roses.

We had a huge amount of blue and white this year! This handtied had awesome hydrangea from my fabulous European source in Holland, oriental lilies, roses, delphinium, and scabiosa.

This cute little crystal wristlet was also popular once again. I have loads of colors, and this one is done on pink crystals. I used mini roses, sweet william, dendrobium orchids, and scabiosa. I'm not a fan of a lot of ribbon. I was taught to have that big gaudy bow in the middle, but you won't find those at Savannah's Garden. We are constantly doing our "homework" and studying new ways to make something ordinary become extra fun and unique!

Who doesn't love purple??? We made a few exactly like this. This bouquet has blue vanda orchids, purple stock, purple lisianthus, and purple moon carnations. I never use carns, but the moon carns are to die for!

This teardrop handtied was so fun to make. She just wanted callas in burgundy and gold flowers. So I had a little bit of fun using the deep Swartzenfelder callas, yellow cymbidium orchids, and bright gold roses. Then I added metallic gold pins into some of the callas and all over the ribbon.

Totally one of my favorites! Anything with blinding color makes me happy! I used freesias, Baroness garden roses (right smack in front), gerberas, cymbidium orchids, sweet william, along with some other cool stuff!

I got to play with these awesome, super inexpensive mini phaelonopsis orchids once again. For the week of prom, these orchids were everywhere when you first walked in!

A super cute crystal wristlet!

I used the dress fabric from this girl's dress to wrap her bouquet and matching bout. She was so happy I was able to use it! PS this is a great idea for bridesmaids. I always tell my brides to  have the girls save their fabric, even if I only use it for the guys!

I got to use some blue dendrobium orchids, raspberry parfait hydrangeas, and some other favorites for this over the arm bouquet!

Fabulous! And my customer was ecstatic! She wanted something unique that no one else would have. I think I nailed it!

Another fun "pink" handtied :)

This bouquet was for my travel agent's son's date! Haha I had a little too much fun! Let's see, there are freesia, garden roses, lisianthus, spray roses, peonies, hydrangeas, green trick, orchids, moon carns, and stock. Plus I played with my new diamond wrap. So happy she liked it!

This was an ivory and mocha request. Figures the one week my bronze cymbidiums were out of stock  until the following Monday, but she loved this!

Another fun combo of crazy color! I had a blast making all of these! Thanks guys! Bring on the crazy requests for next year, I'll be ready once again!

Angela's Wedding at Running Deer on May 21, 2011

Angela's bouquet was designed with pink Sara Bernhardt peonies, Coral Charm peonies, pale pink dahlias, peach stock, Renate and Patience garden roses, ranunculus and sweet pea. I LOVED these colors. The girls carried all the peaches, pinks, and corals, and they looked amazing against the champagne dresses! Can't wait to show off pictures!

The ceremony took place at a tiny catholic church in Mullica Hill and we did large lush arrangements on top of clear, glass cylinders vases.

The reception looked amazing! Everyone at Running Deer kept saying the room has never looked so pretty, and I have to agree!

The colors looked awesome with the peach linens and green walls.

The tall were my favorite! I used my white shabby flower stands and wrapped them with a green garland. Then I added some David Austin pink garden roses to the garland,  as well as some crystals. The stands are available as a rental if you like them!

I used pink lilac (from my personal garden), peach and pink David Austin garden roses, Coral Charm and Sarah Bernhardt peonies, coral sweet william, Ilse spray roses, stock , gerberas, and hydrangeas.

LOVE THIS!

The card table looked awesome.

Overall, the room was exactly what Angela and her mom wanted, fluffy and romantic. This is my favorite look! I was so excited that Angela said to do my thing and she didn't care what I did because she trusted me to make it perfect. I am soooo happy that they were absolutely blown away! It was my pleasure guys! Congratulations and hope you enjoyed the honeymoon!
